SteadyDay is a caregiving companion app designed to help caregivers track daily factors that may affect their loved one's cognitive well-being. The App provides:

Daily logging of sleep, nutrition, hydration, and activities
Cognitive status tracking
Pattern analysis and insights
Report generation for healthcare providers

Use the App only for its intended purpose
Not use the App as a substitute for professional medical care

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEADYDAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SteadyDay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.
