How do I log my loved one's sleep?

On the Home screen, tap the Sleep card and use the slider to set the number of hours slept. You can also add nap hours separately. The data is saved automatically.

How do I track meals and nutrition?

Tap on any meal button (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks) on the Home screen. You can mark meals as eaten, skipped, or add detailed food items with nutritional information using our food search feature.

What does the prediction feature do?

After logging data for a few days, SteadyDay analyzes patterns between sleep, nutrition, hydration, stimulation, and cognitive status to predict how the day might go. Predictions become more accurate over time.

How do I share reports with a doctor?

Go to Settings and tap "Share Report with Doctor." This generates a PDF summary of the past 30 days that you can share via email, messaging, or print.

Is my data backed up?

SteadyDay stores all data locally on your device for privacy. If you back up your device (iCloud for iOS, Google for Android), your app data is included in that backup.

How do I reset the app or delete my data?

Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. You'll find options to reset onboarding or clear all data. Alternatively, uninstalling the app will remove all data.

What is the stimulation tracking feature?

Stimulation tracking helps you log activities like social interaction, physical exercise, cognitive games, music, outdoor time, and TV watching. This helps identify which activities correlate with better cognitive days.

How do I set up daily reminders?

Go to Settings and enable "Daily Reminder." You can choose what time you'd like to be reminded to log the day's activities.
